The Glen and Friends channel has posted separate videos on traditional recipes for two British breakfast staples: (English) muffins and crumpets. The crumpets one opens with him surrounded by antique cookbooks to show how traditional his recipe is. Essential viewing for people writing Regency or Downton fan fic.
